Shipping and Return Policy.
All warranty returns will be shipped in proper packaging to avoid additional damage. Return parts will be shipped to; MoBike Motorized Bicycles, LLC. 6804-E. Hwy. 6 South #241 Houston, TX. 77083. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must submit in writing their reason for returning the part. This document must also contain a return shipping address and a valid phone number where the customer can be reached. It is always best to call the MoBike Motorized Bicycles service number (281-881-0234) before sending any parts in for warranty replacement. Upon determination that the part failed as a result of warranty defection it will be replaced at no further cost to the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee for all parts ordered in error and returned to MoBike Motorized Bicycles.
