Maybe you can take it along with you on your vacation and see where you can stop and putter around. In hilly areas, it might be particularly helpful to engage the engine while going up those big hills. This will make your ride a little less challenging, and a perhaps a lot more enjoyable. If you like the hills though, feel free to dismiss this advice and pedal power your way up them instead. If you get tired later on on the ride, though, you can still make use of the engine on the way home.
