Assembling you new MoBike
Assembly
Remove your new bike from the box. Hold the front of the bike up and slide the front tire into the slots on the front forks. Be sure the front tire is straight and then tighten up the two securing nuts.
NOTE: If your bike comes with the optional analog speedometer be sure to slide the wheel link piece over the axel before installing the wheel.
Put down the kick stand, standing the bike on its own.
Unwrap the handlebars and slide the handle bar post into the hole on the front yoke.
Align the handle bars so that they are straight and aligned with the front tire.
Using an Allen wrench, tighten up the handle bars by turning the bolt clockwise until it is tight. Insure the handle bars are tight by holding the front tire between your legs and trying to turn the handle bars.
Next install your pedals onto the pedaling bars. Note that there is a left pedal and a right pedal. They are clearly marked. Be sure to screw them in the correct way as the right one threads in reverse.
To mount the fuel tank, screw the filter/shut off valve unit into the hole in the bottom/rear of the tank. NOTE: Don not forget to use the fiber washer that is included.
Next, using the two brackets and 4 nuts, included, mount the gas tank approximately two inches from the handle bar mounting yoke. Tighten all four nuts firmly and insure that the tank does not move.
Connect the clear fuel line tubing between the shut off valve and the carburetor input tube.
Last, remove the mirror from its package and mount it onto the left hand side of the handle bar. Slip the bracket support over the handle bar and then slide the mirror stem through the handle bar bracket. Adjust the mirror for proper viewing and then tighten it into position.
Sit on your bike and adjust the brake and clutch handles by loosening up the allen screws using a allen wrench. Position them so that they are comfortable to operate when in the sitting position.
Adjust the seat for a comfortable leg position when riding.
Adjust the mirror so you can see behind you when you are riding.
